The in-house chef, Miguel Alfonso Beltran Padierna, brings over 14 years of experience leading boutique hotel kitchens in renowned culinary destinations such as San Miguel de Allende, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. Specializing in contemporary Mexican cuisine, his approach serves as a bridge between tradition and innovation—local ingredients, precise technique, and a refined aesthetic that honors the origin of each flavor through a modern lens.
